Hey, I am Brad
10+ years in UX research, design strategy & team leadership.
About Bradley

I lead with empathy and clarity—mentoring individuals, cultivating strong design culture, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams, that consistently deliver with purpose and impact.

I define and execute UX strategies that align user needs with business goals—translating insights into vision, prioritization, and scalable product direction. I thrive in ambiguity, turning complexity into opportunity.

With deep expertise across B2C, B2B, and SaaS, I apply advanced quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method research to uncover insights and drive confident, evidence-based decisions.

I apply design thinking as a strategic problem-solving framework—guiding teams from ambiguity to clarity through iterative exploration, synthesis, and validation. By centering user needs and business goals, I help teams frame the right problems, generate bold ideas, and design scalable, human-centered solutions.

I joined Signet Jewelers initially as a UX Research intern, eventually moving to a contract role, then a full time position. Brad was not only an exceptional mentor and advocate to me, but his unwavering belief in my potential was instrumental in my development and successful transition to a full-time UX Researcher.
